Senior-level experience of integrated ground characterisation, site investigation, foundation engineering, and facilities design and installation. Focused on anticipating and tackling challenges posed by geohazards and geotechnical conditions affecting offshore engineering.

A wide knowledge and experience in project management of site investigations, client liaison and contract negotiations. An experienced geologist with a PhD from Imperial College. Marco has 12 years of experience between academia and the offshore energy industry working in senior geophysicist/technical lead, consultancy and project management roles. Detailed knowledge of structural geology, deep-water sedimentology and seismic processing and interpretation among others.

A background of over 40 years in the offshore energy industry in varied technical, project management and line management roles in contractors, integrated service companies and consultancies. A wide knowledge of geophysical sciences and technologies and their application in offshore survey in the oil and gas and renewables sectors.

Advisor - Geophysics
MSc in Energy Geosciences with experience in a broad range of disciplines including shallow hazard assessments for wells and facilities, geophysical interpretation, geophysical-geotechnical data integration, geospatial analysis and ground model development. Provides technical support on a wide range of projects from oil & gas to renewables.

Expert in the specification & application of advanced laboratory testing methods for soil-structure interaction, soil mass behaviour and geohazard risk. Highly competent in the application of geotechnical analysis for offshore foundation design. Highly competent and focused project manager.

Wide knowledge of Geotechnical Core Logging, Electrical Resistivity Testing and specifying and implementing methods of Thermal Conductivity Testing, to assist with cable design. Committed to delivering precise, high-quality results to meet the demands of complex offshore projects.
Dennis Gleadell
Advisor - Geotechnics
BSc. in Geology and an MSc. in Engineering geology with an interest in advanced laboratory testing. Hands on experience in offshore ground investigation describing and testing a multitude of different strata to ISO and ASTM standards as well as processing and analysing CPT data.
